A Beaded Square Pendant

I used faceted bicone acrylic beads here but I think round beads would work well too. It'll look much more beautiful and sparkly if you use crystal beads (and more expensive too). You can also use one color instead of different colors of beads. And if you use different colors for the 2 square pieces, you'll have 2 looks in 1 pendant! The finished size of this piece measures 2cm x 2cm.

Materials:
60 3mm faceted bicone beads - grey
32 3mm faceted bicone beads - aquamarine
24 3mm faceted bicone beads - green
Size 11 seed beads - grey
Fishing line (4 lb. weight) - 3 x 40 cm

Open Heart

I didn't have any pink seed beads at hand so I did this in 2-tone. You can use 2 mm bicone beads instead of the seed beads or use same color throughout. You can also use 4mm/3mm combination to make it bigger. If you don't sew up the sides of the inside you can insert a picture in between the two hearts and use it as a picture frame.

Materials:
12 3mm bicone beads (transparent)
32 3mm bicone beads (pink)
60 size 11 seed beads (transparent)

3 x 40cm Fishing line (4 lb weight or about 25 gauge) - 1 per heart and 1 for sewing up outside
1 x 30cm Fishing line (4 lb weight or about 25 gauge) - for sewing up inside

A Little Easter Chick

This is the chicken version of the penguin. Follow the instruction below after you added the last bead of a beaded ball. I don't have any yellow bicone beads at hand so I used faceted plastic round beads. I think it would look better with bicone beads.

Material:
34 4mm yellow beads
3 4mm orange beads
2 3mm black beads
60cm fishing line

Beaded component: bead cap, dangle earring, stud earring

This is a very versatile component. Easy to make and only use 4 crystal beads. I showed you how to make 4 variations with this component in the second video: as an earring dangler, a bead cap and a stud earring. You can also use it as the center piece of a ring by adding ring band around it. I used very small size beads for this project because it looks delicate and more like silver and diamond this way. You can use bigger beads to make bigger pieces and different color combination to make a fun piece.

Material:
Main Component:
4 3mm bicone swarovski crystal bead (black diamond AB)
Tiny seed beads in matt silver, faceted cut
15cm fishing line

Additional materials for dangle earrings:
Jump rings
Earring hooks
Bigger Beads (>6mm)

Additional material when use as a bead cap:
Bigger beads (>6mm)
Head pins
Earring hooks

Additional material for stud earrings:
Eye pins
Earring backings
Jewelry glue or thin wire

Wire cutter
Round nose pliers

A Fuchsia Ring

With this ring you learn the technique of adding a bezel-like ring around the center bead. You can use seed beads instead of bugle beads and bicone crystal or round beads for the fire polished beads.

Check out basic techniques for how to make the ring band.

Materials:
1 8mm Crystal bead (Fuchsia)
8 4mm Fire polished beads (violet/rose two-tone AB)
3mm bugle beads (Pink Iris)
90cm fishing line

A Blue Crystal Beaded Flower

This is a simpler version of the Rose Pendant. Similar concept: adding rows and rows of different beads combination. If you want to make a ring out of this, start the ring band at the 4mm blue fire polish bead.

Materials:
8 3mm bicone crystal beads (hematite)
4 4mm fire polished glass beads (sapphire)
4 3mm fire polished glass beads (black diamond AB)
4 4mm bicone crystal beads (black diamond)
4 4mm bicone crystal beads (ice blue)

Size 11 seed beads - light blue
Size 11 seed beads - silver-lined transparent

60 cm fishing line

How to make a Doggie Head with Beads

This doggie head was done by connecting a front piece (the one with eyes and nose) and a back piece with whole bunch of cross stitches like how we assemble the Cross. I used a cell phone lanyard that has lobster claw clasp to clip on the bead. You can add jump ring to it to make charm and pendant or sting a ring band from the side to make a ring.

Materials:
Head: 41 4mm bicone crystal beads
Ears: 14 4mm bicone crystal beads
Eyes and Nose: 3 4mm round beads
Fishing lines:
3 x 20cms for front and back pieces and connecting the two pieces
2 x 10cm for ears

How to Make a Star with Beads

I am demonstrating this star using seed beads. You can use bugle beads instead of seed beads for the sides of the points like the white one below. Also try using different color for the core like the blue-and-white star below. I used 3mm beads in bicone shape for the blue-and-white star and used only 2 beads for each side of the point instead of 3.

Materials:
Core: 15 beads
Points: 65 beads
Fishing Line: 40 cm (if you use size 11 seed beads)

How to make a Double-Flower Ring

This is a classic beaded ring pattern. Looks great in monochromatic color scheme.

How to Make a Simple Bag with Beads

The bag is made up of whole bunch of cross stitches. I used 4mm seed beads here. It would look much nicer with bicone crystal beads. If you make the body of the bag bigger and not closing the bottom nor adding the handle you'll have a ring.

Materials:
Top color (green/silver lined transparent) - 24 4mm beads
Bottom color (purple/blue) - 35 4mm beads
Handle and decoration - tiny seed beads Charlotte Cut

Variation: I used size 11 seed beads to make the black and white bag. It turns out to be super cute. For the last step, instead of adding beads between the white beads to fill the gap I thread the fishing line through the white beads and tie the ends together to create a "gathered" effect.

How to make a Puffy Heart - 2nd try

Puffy Heart is a difficult piece to demonstrate. I'm giving it a second try by using different colors of beads for each section of the heart. Hope the instruction is clearer this time. I accidentally deleted the instruction for the first section so I am re-using the video from the previous tutorial.

Material:
76 bicone beads(I'm using 6mm bicone plastic beads in this video. I used 4mm bicone swarovski crystal beads in the previous video)

100cm fishing line for the first 3 sections

50cm fishing line for the last section

A few beads to fill the heart if you want a puffier heart. Use 8-10mm round beads if you use 6mm bicone beads. 5-6mm round beads for 4mm bicone beads.
